Dog Day: Warm and Cozy Holiday Wishes

by Ricki Heller 19 Comments

For those celebrating today, I wish you a Merry Christmas, and a very happy holidays to every one of you!  I hope this year brings only good things, and days filled with happiness, health, and the love of good people in your life.

Big hugs and much love to all!

xo Ricki (plus the HH and our two beloved Girls, of course).  🙂

“Thanks, Mum!  Yay! Hey, Elsie, it’s the holidays! That means we get to spend extra time with Mum and Dad!  And PRESENTS!! Look at this fabulous new scarf I got!  It’s green! And red! And festive! And so soft and warm!! I can run with it, or sniff it, or–“

“Zip it, Chaser. In case you’ve forgotten, we’re both covered in natural head-to-toe fur coats, perfect for winter, so there’s no need for scarves or this silly head warmer. . . .  sheesh, the things we do for treats Mum! *sigh*”

Thank you so much, Lisa (sniff!). You know I feel the same way about you, right? I’ve loved seeing your beaming face in posts about your travels across the globe, and all that you’ve brought to those far away lands and people.

Wishing you more joy and lots of love in 2012! Big hugs to you! xo

Hmmm. . . something tells me they didn’t enjoy the getups quite as much as I enjoyed seeing them wear them! (Elsie, especially, doesn’t exactly look thrilled). 😉 Hope your holidays are wonderful, too, Cheryl! 🙂

Thanks, Shirley! It’s been pretty stellar so far. Decompressing, eating, drinking, walking with the Girls and chillaxing with the HH. . . couldn’t ask for more. Hope yours was great, too! xo 😀

merry christmas ricki – the girls and the tree look so cute – though they would be jealous of the red cardigan with bones on it that my sister brought for my nieces’ dog – hope you had a lovely day

The cardigan sounds adorable, though I must say I doubt either Girl would be too envious, though, since it took all my persuasive powers (ie, treats) to get them to don these two things!! 😉
