I was that kid in high school and university that everyone hated because I always got my essays done early. While my friends were pulling all-nighters on the weekend before a due date, I was out partying and whooping it up (though, as it turned out, in the company of strangers–since my friends were home pulling those all-nighters.)
These days, I can’t boast quite the same exemplary record when it comes to getting tasks completed early. Sure, I meet my deadlines (you can wipe that sweat from your brown, dear editor of mine!), but I never do manage to get things done with quite the same comfortable buffer I used to have. Which means the execution of plans isn’t quite so laid-back as it used to be.
Just in case some of you might find yourselves in the same boat, I decided to post this list of yummy Dad-friendly recipes for you to use.
As usual, each recipe is free of gluten, eggs, dairy and refined sugars (though some might require minute adjustments to render them anti candida diet-friendly–subbing apple cider vinegar for the existing vinegar in the recipe, for example). Plus, they all allow Dad to sit back and relax while someone else does the cooking.
To all of you celebrating–Happy Father’s Day!

Awesome page to cook sugar-free food. Its really helpful to everyone. Yes, cutting out sugar is a great idea. Thank you.
So glad you think so! Thank you. 🙂
These all sound so great!! Chai ice cream has my name all over it… not that I’m a dad, but maybe I can use the excuse of making it for the cat-dad in my life? hehe… Thanks for including my soba noodles 🙂
Hugs <3
Thanks, Heather! And of course cat-dads count! Just as do dog-dads (otherwise I’d be in real trouble with The Girls!). <3
