Whether you’ve signed on for 3 or 6 months, we can get started right away. The sooner we dive into the process and begin to examine your goals around healthy eating and other other lifestyle issues to support you, the sooner you will start feeling better and be ready to move forward living your very best life.
You’ll find the first materials you need right here. If you haven’t yet, please download the PDF files and return the agreement to me.
Then, if you haven’t scheduled your first appointment yet, you can do so here.
Be sure to choose your time zone on the first page before you select your appointment time! We can meet via phone or Zoom (exclusively via Zoom if outside North America) at the scheduled time.
To make the best use of our time, please be sure to complete and return the coaching agreement and intake questionnaires before our first meeting.
I want you to start feeling better as soon as possible! So please do schedule your first appointment within 2 weeks from today.
