  • Agnes asked about how much protein your body can absorb. I found this article talking about it. This seems to be a legitimate approach to the topic, so I’d go with what they say. 🙂
  • Protein Powders: For informational purposes, you could compare the ingredients in Growing Naturals Pea Protein vs. Vega Protein/Greens, as examples of a very simple, one-ingredient powder vs one that includes some greens and other ingredients. This isn’t a recommendation for one or the other; it really depends on what you’re looking for and the nutrients you need.
