To get started right away, you can schedule your first appointment via my scheduler, below. If you prefer to speak only on-call, that’s fine, too!
You’ll find the first materials you need right here. If you haven’t yet, please download the PDF files and return the agreement to me.
If you schedule an appointment, be sure to choose your time zone on the first page before you select your appointment time! We can meet via phone or Zoom (exclusively via Zoom if outside North America) at the scheduled time.
To make the best use of our time, please be sure to complete and return the coaching agreement and intake questionnaires before our meeting. I’ll send those to you as soon as you’ve scheduled your call. 🙂
I want you to start feeling better as soon as possible! Remember that you have SIX MONTHS from the day you sign up to use your 10 sessions. If you don’t use the sessions within that time frame, you forfeit the remaining sessions.
