To get started right away, you can schedule your one-hour appointment via my scheduler, below.
You’ll find the first materials you need right here. If you haven’t yet, please download the PDF files and return the agreement to me.
Then, be sure to sign up for your appointment (you’ll receive the meeting link as soon as you complete the coaching agreement).
Be sure to choose your time zone on the first page before you select your appointment time! We can meet via phone or Zoom (exclusively via Zoom if outside North America) at the scheduled time.
To make the best use of our time, please be sure to complete and return the coaching agreement and have all your questions ready before our meeting. I’ll send the agreement to you as soon as you’ve scheduled your call. 🙂
You really can change the way you eat and live very well without sugar, gluten, eggs or dairy–or whatever your own dietary restrictions might be!
Please note that you must book your appointment within 6 weeks of purchase. If you don’t schedule an appointment to take place before then, you will forfeit the appointment.
