Limited License:
You are purchasing a single copy of this online program or materials. You may not duplicate, share, or upload product files to sharing sites; such actions are against the law and will be prosecuted.
All digital products, recipes, pdfs, handouts or other materials you receive are the property of Ricki Heller and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Programs and materials are sold solely for personal use. Any professional or business use of the program or materials without express written permission from Ricki Heller is prohibited by law and will be considered an infringement of copyright. In other words, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from any of the products or materials without express written permission from Ricki Heller.
You may, however, from time to time download and/or print a single (one) copy of individual pages of the site for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you respect all other copyright notices.
REFUND POLICY:
I have full confidence in the programs and materials I offer and the years of research and work involved in creating them. And while there are no guarantees when it comes to health, everything in my programs and materials are designed to help you improve and maintain your health.
By agreeing to purchase any of the programs, The Sweet Life Club or any other materials, you understand and accept that there are no guaranteed results and that each person is an individual who may react differently to the same protocol or approach to health. Results will depend on how well you follow the program or suggestions as well as other factors that influence the outcome, such as your health history, other concurrent conditions, environmental factors, and so on.
Please be sure that you are 100% certain about the program or product you purchase and that you are entirely clear on what you will receive from it, as there are no refunds for any of the programs, materials, or the Sweet Life Club.
Note: Should you elect the 3-pay option (if available) and later decide that you do not wish to complete the program or do not wish to use the materials, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Also note that all programs, The Sweet Life Club and all materials are delivered online, (downloadable or viewable through streaming) and use current technology. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer is able to handle any of the programs or materials that you purchase before you purchase.
Technology Issues:
If there are problems with course delivery due to our server or software, we are happy to rectify these. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your computer can properly view the videos, upload the handouts, and be capable of supporting any other technology involved in program delivery. We cannot supply technical support for your computer, nor offer refunds based on an incorrect assessment of your technology. Please check your computer’s capability and whether or not you are able to view the course before you purchase.
Bonuses:
If a bonus offer is part of your particular package, please note that you must make use of the bonus before the stated deadline. I am unable to offer extensions for coaching sessions or any other deadline-based bonus. If you miss the deadline, you will forfeit your bonus; there is no refund or cash value offered for any of these.
Digital books:
Note that download links for digital books are valid and functioning for ONE (1) download per link. Therefore, it is your responsibility to download the materials once received in a timely manner and to ensure that you know where they have been saved on your computer. RickiHeller.com is not responsible for lost documents or emails, crashed computers, and so on and cannot send additional download links for lost or misplaced files.
Non-Refundable Program Modules and Materials:
Registration and payment for all programs, The Sweet Life Club, digital cookbooks and any other materials are is non-refundable. Please be absolutely certain that you wish to participate in your program or The Sweet Life Club, and that your books are non-returnable and non-refundable, before you purchase.
Facebook Group:
If your program offers access to a private and confidential Facebook group, please note: your name used to join the Facebook group must match the name used when you purchase the program, or access to the Facebook group may be denied. You must let us know via email ([email protected]) that your Facebook name is different from the name you used to register for the program or The Sweet Life Club.
Due to the personal nature of the subject matter shared in the group, you agree that anything you read or write inside the group will remain confidential and will not be shared with others outside the group.
