To all who celebrate, wishing you a very Merry Christmas, and a happy, happy holidays to all! Here’s to days of fun and relaxation, time surrounded by loving family and friends, great food and treats, and all the gifts you dream of.
With hugs from me, The HH and (of course) The Girls 😀
“Mum, you know we’d never be doing this if not for the “treats” part, right? But that’s okay, because I LOVE the treats part! Oh, and the presents! And the playing catch in the snow!! But maybe I could take off this Santa hat first. . . and oooh, this Santa collar is kind of itching me a little bit. . . “
“Chaser, what do you have to complain about? Look at the getup she’s got ME wearing this year! Just zip it–or we’ll never get out of these darned costumes. . . *sigh*. “

Aw, Merry Christmas to all you cuties! Yeah, you might want to take the outfits off before heading outside … don’t want all the neighborhood dogs poking fun 🙂
Merry Christmas! Cute pup pics!
Happy Holidays! I hope the girls’ treats were really great — especially Elsie’s. She looks most peeved by her holiday attire. 🙂
Merry Christmas!!!
Absolutely adorable! I wish I could convince my felines they would make good elves. No chance that is going to happen, but a girl can hope.
Merry Christmas!
Oh, those girls and how you make them earn those treats! 😉 Have a very merry Christmas, Ricki!
xo,
Shirley
Happy Holidays to all.
Ricki, I’ve been wondering if you make nutritional treats for the girls or if there is a particular brand that you like.
Thanks so much, everyone! (And the Girls say, “woof!”). 😉
Gretchen, I have made them treats in the past but haven’t had time in years. We buy Mother Hubbard biscuits and try not to use them that often. 😉 I also give them Greenies on occasion as they apparently help to clean their teeth. Their most common treat is baby carrots, though–sweet, crunchy, low cal and good for them. We also give them peanut butter in their Kongs every few days. I know that Amy at Simply Sugar and Gluten Free has a dog biscuit recipe on her blog–now you’ve got me wanting to make it! 🙂
The girls look so cute ;), just adorable! One day late but… Merry Christmas to all of you!
Susana.
merry christmas to you and HH and the girls – hope you have had lots of good eats and good times and that the girls didn’t have to wear their outfits too long – they look so patient in the photo
Believe it or not, the entire “photo shoot” took less than a minute. And The Girls are always very patient when they know a treat is forthcoming!! 😉
I’ve never been much of a dog whisperer myself, never actually been around dogs very much in my life- but I am pretty sure your girls are saying “Not another holiday get-up?!?!?!”
Now, I’m not usually one for dressing up animals, but that is effing hilarious! They both look soooooo annoyed! 🙂
Merry Christmas to you, too!
Awwww…. How cute!! They are so well behaved to have stayed still long enough for you to get that picture.
Just wanted to tell you… I featured your blog on my blog.
I plan on doing all the candida blogs.
Hope you had a Merry Christmas and am wishing you a Happy New Year. Terry
love the picture 🙂 merry christmas!!
Happy Belated Christmas!!! I see the girls are as humiliated as Sam…I think they secretly love it!
I know I’m totally late in commenting but your dogs look SO cute!!!
