It’s officially BBQ season! Maybe you’re having the family over for an outdoor picnic. Or maybe you’re heading north to open up the cottage. But what will you eat?

Here’s a list of some of my favorite anti-candida recipes for a summer long weekend from the blog. These will work when you’re grilling, setting out big bowls of salad, offering up a buffet on the picnic table, or just having an impromptu meal al fresco.  And they’ll ensure that you can eat well, still have fun and maintain your dietary restrictions all at the same time.
